  • Product management for services, after sales offerings and contracts
  • Consolidation of voice of the customer and voice of the market in service offerings
  • Evaluation of service products against competitors and market needs, including business case creation
  • Project management for commercialisation of new service offerings
  • Optimization of the existing service and after sales product portfolio
  • Explore new service offerings including extended scope, flexible scope, preventive maintenance options, availability options, after sales features, upgrades and digital services
  • Identify and rationalize new service technologies, i.e. inspection techs, preventive maintenance or upgrades, to enable new offerings and / or improved profitability
  • Technical and schedule updating of regional sales and after sales teams on service offerings

  • Degree in economics, in a technical discipline or in a similar qualification
  • Several years of work experience in product management or project management, preferably with a strong background in services and / or after sales
  • Advanced communication in English mandatory, German is desired
  • Ability to handle tight deadlines and constant change
  • Excellent organisation and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in building lasting relationships with key stakeholders
  • Structured and independent way of working
