- Product management for services, after sales offerings and contracts
- Consolidation of voice of the customer and voice of the market in service offerings
- Evaluation of service products against competitors and market needs, including business case creation
- Project management for commercialisation of new service offerings
- Optimization of the existing service and after sales product portfolio
- Explore new service offerings including extended scope, flexible scope, preventive maintenance options, availability options, after sales features, upgrades and digital services
- Identify and rationalize new service technologies, i.e. inspection techs, preventive maintenance or upgrades, to enable new offerings and / or improved profitability
- Technical and schedule updating of regional sales and after sales teams on service offerings
- Degree in economics, in a technical discipline or in a similar qualification
- Several years of work experience in product management or project management, preferably with a strong background in services and / or after sales
- Advanced communication in English mandatory, German is desired
- Ability to handle tight deadlines and constant change
- Excellent organisation and coordination skills
- Proficiency in building lasting relationships with key stakeholders
- Structured and independent way of working
