We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Data Analyst (f/m/d) to join our E.ON SE team as soon as possible.


Join the Digital team within the "Supply Chain Digital & Analytics" department of the Supply Chain Excellence division. A team of highly experienced experts who is designing and steering the Supply Chain Digital Roadmap based on the overall business strategy, supplier market developments, benchmarks, internal stakeholder and external partner experiences. Act as expert with deep knowledge in supply chain processes and systems and project implementation methods. Manage the performance and development of the processes and digital landscape to contribute to their overall success in the value creation and target delivery of Supply Chain.

Your Job

  • You will shape and further develop the holistic reporting and analytics landscape regarding IT tools, data, and underlying processes
  • You will lead Supply Chain reporting and analytics initiatives by designing, implementing, and maintaining group-wide reports
  • You will manage the interface to IT and business support functions including prioritization of requirements as Product Owner
  • You will create and develop complex ad-hoc reports with tools like Power BI and Analysis for Office (AfO)
  • You will support Supply Chain areas in data clustering and mapping, as well as the integration of new data sources
  • You will design and initiate AI based used cases for Supply Chain in the context of analytics and data insights
  • You will ensure close and effective collaboration with Supply Chain areas via providing regular trainings and workshops
  • You will identify and analyze new market best-practices, observe new technologies as well as digitalization trends
  • You will actively contribute to a continuous improvement, performance, and open feedback culture in the organization
  • You will further develop expert knowledge and coaching of digital skills (methods and technologies)

  • You have a master's degree in your pocket - we also welcome additional qualifications (PHD or MBA)
  • You have already gained years of relevant work experience e.g. in consulting, IT or Supply Chain management
  • Excellent knowledge about data management including collecting, clustering, mapping, enrichment, and visualization of data insights
  • Highly developed analytical and communicational skills, a structured work style with a pragmatic hands-on approach
  • Advanced tool-based experience in reporting and data processing (e.g. SAP SAC, MS Power Apps / BI)
  • High passion to drive automation potential e.g. by integrating artificial intelligence technologies
  • Outstanding analytical competence coupled with strong process and problem-solving skills
  • A high resilience, even in challenging situations; you are prepared to manage risks and take ownership
  • Experience in the management of international projects and managing complex stakeholder relations at different hierarchical levels
  • Willingness to actively drive change within the organization supported by good communication skills
  • Fluent in English and German
