Join our team and you'll be responsible for important strategic business decisions. Working in the Sales, Customer Success & New Business, Commercial Systems & Intelligence and Finance department, you will contribute to our mission with your activities: We help companies to hire the right talent.
You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.
Your responsibilities:
- In this role, you will support our go-to-market management in all aspects of operational and strategic day-to-day business by analyzing reports, processing content and preparing presentations
- You will also prepare committee meetings for the go-to-market management and support the OKR process for the go-to-market area
- You ensure an efficient and timely flow of communication from the management within the company and to the subsidiaries, recognizing sensitive issues at an early stage and reacting with the necessary sensitivity. You work closely with different areas within the organization, both nationally and internationally
- You orchestrate and prioritize requests from internal and external stakeholders
- In addition, you will independently design and manage projects of various sizes on strategic project topics, such as the implementation of the corporate strategy in the go-to-market area
- You have successfully completed your studies and have more than 3 years of professional experience in a comparable in-house role or in a strategic consulting function; knowledge of the online business environment is an advantage
- You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a very good understanding of economic interrelationships
- You are equally strong in analysis and implementation and proactively contribute your knowledge and opinions
- You find it easy to communicate at all hierarchical levels and with different departments in a target group-oriented manner - be it in German or English
- You are willing to travel approx. 20% of the time
