As an IP (Intellectual Property) Strategy Manager, you will be an integral part of our Innovation Strategy organization, contributing to the success of various projects through effective collaboration and leveraging your unique skill set while crafting your career. Dare to make an impact? This is how:
- Carrying out project reviews to develop IP strategies in close collaboration with internal stakeholders, such as Research & Development, Sales, Marketing and the Corporate IP department
- Contributing to review meetings where the existing patent portfolio is discussed on a regular basis and relevant decisions, like maintenance, subsequent filing, and nationalization decisions are made
- Utilizing advanced patent-analysis capabilities to provide competitive intelligence to business stakeholders
- Supporting the in- and out-licensing of IP rights
- Maintaining and improving databases which are used to monitor the financial impact of our patent portfolio
- University degree in chemistry, material science or business studies
- A solid understanding of intellectual property and contract law
- Profound IP management experience, especially in the area of patents
- Strengths in communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Great team player with hands-on mentality
- Fluent English language skills, German language is a plus but not mandatory
