As a member of our team at Allianz Investment Management SE you will analyse, monitor and help to steer the € 16bn investment portfolio of Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty, the leading industrial property and casualty insurance company world-wide.

As an intern, you will

  • Have your own areas of responsibility, but also support investment managers in day-to-day investment decisions, ad hoc requests, and projects
  • Contribute to investment analysis and decision proposals for the top management
  • Support in monitoring of the investment portfolio and conduct performance calculation, analysis and attribution analysis
  • Draft internal presentations and prepare reporting materials
  • Further enhance analysis methods, tools and reporting standards
  • Learn how to develop and implement the Strategic Asset Allocation based on Asset-/Liability-Management and ESG standards

  • You have completed your undergraduate studies in business administration, finance, economics or mathematics with solid credentials
  • You have an inquisitive mind and you learn quickly
  • You are interested in capital markets and investments. Fixed income know-how would be a plus
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Understanding basic concepts of programming (eg. VBA) would be a plus
  • Fluent in English, fluency in German would be a plus
  • We are looking for people with initiative who can work both independently as well as a part of a team within a very international and dynamic environment
