Our HSSE & Sustainability team in Düsseldorf is looking for you!
- Support the annual and quarterly carbon footprint calculation (GHG Accounting), analysis and disclosure
- Support the delivery of the E1-Climate Change standard from the CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive)
- Assist in preparing content and documentation of sustainability initiatives and processes for the CSRD and sustainability report
- Contribute to the improvement of internal (digital) sustainability performance reporting and analysis
- Support digitalization projects to streamline GHG accounting processes
- Assist with other continuous improvement initiatives for streamlining processes
- Support the internal stakeholder engagement process and with different business areas
- Research and analyze international frameworks, benchmarks and regulations on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards, in particular on climate action
- Current studies in Sustainability, Environmental sciences, Energy systems, Business Law, Business Management, Engineering or similar
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must, German an advantage
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is desirable
- Skills in Power Platform (Power Automate & Power Apps) are desirable
- Interest in data management and digitalization
- Knowledge of basic regulatory and market-driven developments related to sustainability in the energy sector
- Self-starter and logical thinker who can work independently, is reliable and flexible knows how to organize and prioritize the tasks
- Great team player who enjoys working in an international team
