What you can expect in this role
- You are part of the Helpdesk & Infrastructure team and are responsible for the 1st and 2nd level support of our employees in our fulfillment center in Halle (Saale)
- You work in a team with System Engineers and are therefore in regular contact for coordination and knowledge exchange with our team in Berlin
- You are also responsible for Windows clients, Windows print servers, Chrome OS and macOS, as well as our MDE and onsite robotics devices
- In addition, you continuously improve our processes and systems with the aim of providing our employees with a perfect user experience
- Your responsibilities include installing, configuring and updating the clients and systems in the Fulfillment Center
- In addition, you resolve technical issues and perform proactive maintenance to keep systems up-to-date
- Several years of experience or apprenticeship in 1st and 2nd level support
- Excellent knowledge of the Windows operating system
- Experience in the following areas: Microsoft Azure AD, Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace
- Passion for technology, open personality and strong customer orientation
- Independent and structured way of working as well as strong skills in the approach to technical problems
- Communicating clearly in German and English
- Willingness to travel for occasional trips from Halle to Berlin
- Full transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 36.000€ and 43.300€ for a Junior Manager position and 41.700€ to 52.000€ for a Manager position gross per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process
