  • You are responsible for managing and maintaining our HR systems, databases, and Software applications by ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security within the HR systems and assist in upgrades, testing, and training
  • You are in close collaboration with HR and IT teams to analyze, design, and implement HRIS solutions
  • In order to support HR decision-making you generate reports, create and maintain dashboards and analyze HR KPIs
  • You lead and participate in HRIS-related projects and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the HRIS in close collaboration within HR and other departments
  • You develop and implement system procedures and guidelines to ensure data integrity and compliance
  • Additionally, it is also your task to provide end-user support and technical troubleshooting assistance to our HR team members and end-users

  • Master's Degree in Information Systems, Human Resources or any other related field
  • 3+ years' experience in HRIS administration, data analysis, or a related role
  • Demonstrated history of teamwork and cross functional collaboration with HR and IT departments
  • Preferably knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), data analysis software and report writing as well as familiarity with payroll, benefits, and talent management processes
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data sets combines with profound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., UKG, Workday, SAP, Oracle) and project management experience in HRIS implementations or upgrades
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills in English and German
