This role is perfect for students pursuing a degree in Business, Sales, or a related field, eager to gain hands-on experience.
- Lead Management Support: Be the driving force behind our lead management efforts, supporting the Sales Development function in acquiring and managing new business leads.
- Lead Process Development: Take charge of the lead process, acting as the go-to person for all lead-related internal topics, and continuously improve our approach.
- Lead Qualification: Validate, enrich, and qualify incoming leads from various sources using our CRM system, ensuring we focus on the most promising opportunities.
- Lead Engagement: Engage with potential leads to understand their needs, nurture relationships, and prepare them for a smooth handover to the Sales team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Technical Market Development teams to manage the lead pipeline effectively and sustainably.
- Opportunity Identification: Spot and identify promising future business opportunities, and get involved in exciting development projects.
- Performance Reporting: Use Power BI to follow up on and report lead performance, providing valuable insights to drive our sales strategy.
- Current Student: Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in B2B sales within an international business (advantageous).
- Sales Savvy: Strong grasp of modern sales organizations, tools, and opportunities.
- Tech Proficiency: Experience with CRM, SAP, and Power BI is desirable.
- Industry Insight: Knowledge of the stainless steel industry is a plus.
- Driven & Business-Minded: Highly result-oriented with a strong business acumen.
- Curious & Communicative: Naturally curious with confident communication and networking skills.
- Self-Motivated: High degree of self-initiative and ability to work independently.
- Bilingual: Fluent in both German and English.
