- Development of hydrogen logistics solutions for different customer segments with priority on containerized transport, predominantly in Germany and the Netherlands
- Preparation of the operational readiness of containerized hinterland transport to our customers with focus on road transport
- Driving the contracting process for logistics services
- Contract development with logistics partners as well manufacturers for containerized transport
- Organization and steering of the logistics chain for hydrogen internally as well as with external partners
- Design and implementation of state-of-the-art processes and tools to operate hydrogen logistics including digital enhanced solutions like remote container filling measurement, telemetry systems and digital enhanced solutions
- Several years of experience in hinterland container transport; experience in the handling of dangerous goods and/or the transport and storage of technical gases would be a plus
- Profound experience in logistics contract and risk management
- University degree in Logistics, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a similar field
- Several years of professional project management experience within the logistics sector, ideally combined with experience in automation and digitalization of logistics processes
- Comprehensive track record of implementing new logistics concepts into real pilots and commercially viable solutions
- Proven experience in contract negotiations in the logistics environment
- Self-starter, able to prioritize and work effectively even in times of heavy workload
- Pragmatic thinking and acting
- Self-confident with strong commitment and assertiveness; good sense of humor and positive attitude
- Fluent in English and German
