Our Green Fuels team in Düsseldorf is looking for you!
- Identify strategic partners, customer groups and relevant technical production paths for Green Fuels, develop and conclude partnership agreements with them
- Maintain and develop external partnerships relevant for the development of Assets for the production of Green Fuels
- Establish and administer special purpose vehicles / joint venture companies for Green Fuels projects, fill formal positions and fulfil legal duties of these companies
- Ensure alignment on Uniper's legal, commercial, and governance requirements for special purpose vehicles and joint ventures
- Take respective roles in project organisations for the development of Green Fuels Assets and support the project development and implementation with regards to partnering topics
- University degree, preferably in Business Administration or Laws
- More than 5 years of business experience in the energy industry with a proven track record in establishing partnerships for energy projects across different markets
- Proven track record in structuring partnerships and negotiating partnership agreements
- Excellent business and project development capabilities covering broad spectrum of technical, commercial, and contractual elements
- Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Fostering a psychologically safe and inclusive work environment, embracing the Uniper Way
- Willingness to travel regularly across Uniper's core markets
- Fluent in German and English
