We are looking for a motivated Working Student to join our Group Marketing and Communication team in Munich.
This role is crucial in coordinating events and managing communications for the DACH region. The successful candidate will gain valuable experience in event logistics, digital marketing, and content localization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating events and seminars for the DACH region, including logistics and onsite support.
  • Content Localization: Contribute to the localization of content for the DACH region, ensuring relevance and cultural appropriateness.
  • Website Review and Update: Support the review and updating of websites' content for the DACH region, ensuring it is current and engaging.
  • Digital Campaigns: Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, primarily for the DACH region but also for other European countries and projects as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Group Marketing and Communication team as required.

The perfect match...
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluent in German and English; French is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CMS, social media, email marketing).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in event coordination or marketing is an advantage.
