Our HR team in Düsseldorf is looking for You!

  • You will be responsible for liaising with external payroll service providers abroad and clarifying questions on operational international HR service issues
  • Handling various organisational and administrative processes in the area of international assignments and cross-border business trips in Europe and worldwide
  • Adhering to and proactively managing deadlines relevant to payroll cycles
  • Completing preparatory payroll accounting for small foreign companies or for temporary assignments
  • Supporting the employees of one of our foreign subsidiaries in all operational personnel-related matters
  • Observing all relevant aspects of labour, tax and social security law
  • Documentation, reporting and monitoring of international assignments
  • Managing all necessary checks and approvals for cross-border mobile working (‘Geoflex' or ‘work from anywhere')
  • Corresponding with internal and external partners, such as project managers, authorities, embassies and tax consultants
  • Actively monitoring legal changes in the area of assignments and continuously supporting in developing HR processes relevant to assignments
  • Collaboration in Global Mobility HR projects
  • Contributing to research, preparations and projects relating to new target countries, legal changes and also cross-team initiatives and tasks

  • Completed business studies with a focus on human resources or comparable apprentice degree
  • Professional experience in the above-mentioned area of responsibility as well as expertise in payroll and/or global mobility
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Goal-oriented way of working as well as high organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Very good knowledge of labour, tax and social security law
  • Good analytical skills, conceptual thinking and quick comprehension skills
  • Open-minded and cooperative personality who enjoys intercultural and interdisciplinary cooperation
