We are looking for a passionate Test Manager SAP (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team in Stuttgart.
As a Test Manager SAP, you'll ensure the quality SAP solutions through meticulous testing processes. You'll oversee all testing activities, leveraging advanced methods and tools to validate functionality, and usability and meet user expectations.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies and plans for SAP projects
- Define testing scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with project stakeholders
- Lead the planning and coordination of testing activities throughout the SAP project lifecycle, including unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Oversee the execution of test plans, including functional, integration, performance, and regression testing
- Coordinate and manage testing teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and project milestones
- Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
- Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and innovation in testing methodologies and tools
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, System Analysis, or a related field
- Many years of experience in software testing, with a focus on SAP solutions
- Good knowledge of SAP testing methodologies, tools, and best practices (e.g., ISTQB, Agile Testing)
- Strong understanding of the SAP application landscape (specific modules may be required)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- SAP certifications (e.g., (e.g., ISTQB, SAP Certified Application Associate) are a plus
- Proficiency in English; German language skills are preferred
