Your role will be crucial in sustainably optimizing our net working capital and cost positions to free up capital for investments and growth.


  • Its aim is to make receivables, inventories and trade payables, i. e. the (net) financing requirements in the plants, transparent, to realize optimization potential and to create a sound basis for investment decisions with meaningful analyses and reports.
  • You know where it is worth taking a closer look and actively contribute your expertise to the preparation of the annual budgets.
  • It goes without saying that you work closely with the finance and controlling managers in the plants and drive the continuous improvement of "your" controlling tools and processes.
  • Lead and manage projects aimed at improving the profitability of our company. This involves analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, implementing new strategies, and ensuring that these initiatives align with the company's overall financial goals. Your insights and actions will directly impact our financial health and growth trajectory.

  • Business studies with a focus on accounting / controlling or comparable qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and controlling at an international manufacturing company.
  • Proficient in reporting, forecasting, and accounting, with strong skills in SAP and Microsoft Office. Ability to design and utilize modern controlling instruments effectively.
  • Strong in planning and organization, detail-oriented, and quality-conscious with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent command of English with the ability to communicate clearly and convincingly. Proficiency in an additional European language (e. g., Spanish) is highly desirable. Willingness to learn German is a plus.
