Advising on Labor and Social Law
· Counsel managers on company-relevant and employee-related issues pertaining to labor, collective bargaining, and social law.
· Implement necessary measures in collaboration with specialist departments, employers' associations, and external bodies.
· Ensure compliance with co-determination legislation, including handling dismissals, warnings, and appeals.
Personnel Planning and Development
· Participate in short-, mid-, and long-term personnel planning.
· Coordinate, control, and implement measures in personnel recruitment, support, and development.
Key Figure Analysis and Reporting
· Provide and interpret personnel-related key figures based on specifications or self-defined criteria.
· Develop and present action proposals for departments, personnel management, or the executive board.
Remuneration and Work Time Regulations
· Implement measures related to remuneration, including classifications, groupings, and working time regulations.
· Ensure adherence to statutory, collective, and company requirements in consultation with specialist departments.
Company Agreements
· Participate in developing and preparing company agreements in cooperation with the works council, departments, and personnel management.
Employee Support and Advising
· Support and advise employees on career planning, partial retirement, occupational health, and safety issues.
Training and Development
· Assist departments in identifying training needs and designing collective and individual training measures.
· Develop and implement workshops and moderate sessions in collaboration with specialist departments.
Project Participation and Leadership
· Regularly participate in personnel and organizational development projects.
· Lead HR projects and work closely with international HR teams to implement standard processes and drive continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with the global HR strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in the fields of business administration, psychology, human resources management or comparable training
- International mindset and Entrepreneurial thinking
- + 5 years of professional experience in human resources management, preferable manufacturing environment
- Experience in conceptual HR work as well as in the support of change processes and organizational development
- Excellent communication and consulting skills
- Fluent German and English required
- Confident handling of all common MS-Office programs
- Communicative and sociable personality
- Empathy and ability to deal with conflicts
