Retailer Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

About the Role

We are seeking a Retailer Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to join the business on a permanent basis at our office in Hallbergmoos, close to Munich. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, the Retailer Marketing Manager will be in charge of developing all key retailer marketing processes, tools and assets. From marketing planning over controlling and steering the marketing activities to budget follow up. In close collaboration with the wider Bentley Motors Europe team: Area Marketing Manager, Communications Manager, Area Sales and Area Aftersales Manager this function ensures that the marketing strategy supports the sales targets and needs in the market.


  • Develop CRM, campaigns and customer journey to support prospect awareness and positive brand perception
  • Be the ‘brand guardian': Ensure Bentley Brand Consistency across all communication channels: website, CRM, tools, social media etc.
  • Coordinate retail marketing communications and ensure consistency across the region
  • Develop truly extraordinary experiences and events throughout the calendar year for the different stakeholders: retail partners, end customers, prospects, internal audience
  • Ensure the activities developed are all compliant


  • Marketing & Communications background, with proven experience in the European automotive industry and established understanding of marketing in the luxury goods segment and for the requirements of Retailers
  • A good level of commercial acumen supporting budget ambitions and understanding the broader business context of automobile production, Sales and After Sales
  • A proactive mindset that has generated creative solutions to strategic and tactical business challenges, supporting Sales and Marketing goals
  • Experience in core communications skills, including presenting, writing for print and online media, internal reporting, and agency/supplier management
  • Strong influencing and persuasion skills are essential
  • A winning mentality and can-do attitude - demonstrating great drive to achieve outstanding results
  • Ability to brief team reflecting a belief in the company objectives and decisions
  • Ability to be reactive, resolve problems quickly under pressure, to raise potential risks and propose related solutions for decision
  • Ability to maintain a consistent high level of work and professional output in times of change
  • Ability to work well within a team environment and communicate clearly with the team


You will be working in an international work environment with 28 days holiday. Furthermore you will benefit from a company pension contribution, flexible working hours with remote working (currently up to two days per week) and a canteen in the building. In addition to the salary we offer a discretionary annual bonus scheme.
