As M&A manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for running and executing a wide range of corporate development projects. This includes complex international acquisitions, divestments, start-up investments and joint ventures. The role involves managing the entire transaction process, from the evaluation of candidates, valuing companies, negotiating deal structures and organizing due diligences through to the structuring of post- merger integration.

Your future tasks:

  • Manage the full transaction process from end to end
  • Evaluate corporate development options including divestments, restructuring and joint ventures
  • Source and screen investment opportunities
  • Develop business cases with business and technical experts and value companies according to common valuation techniques
  • Manage the due diligence and coordinate and negotiate legal agreements
  • Organise the post-merger integration process

  • Completed commercial or financial degree or similar
  • M&A experience gained in a corporate environment, a consultancy or an investment bank
  • Project management experience and an understanding of typical valuation models
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify and implement effective solutions
  • Fluency in English and German

You have the ability to quickly analyse complex situations, be persuasive, and clearly present your ideas in a well-structured manner. Your intercultural competence and entrepreneurial thinking complete your profile.
