As a working student, you have the opportunity to contribute to an internationally operating team and significantly support the development of the Sales Academy project agenda.


  • You will assist the Sales Academy Lead
  • You will support the Curriculum Lead
  • You will participate in project-related topics, such as Curriculum Phase II, Learning Needs Analysis, Value-Bases Selling Program
  • Furthermore, you will support in all project management organization topics like taking care on the weekly status report and all project plans, supporting on conference and Management Board meeting preparation
  • Also, you will be responsible for planning events such as training schedules
  • Last but not least, you will assist in the editing and standardization of presentations, training materials, etc.

  • Current full-time studies in the field of economy or IT
  • Very good German and English skills (written and spoken) are mandatory, other language skills are advantageous
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Great communication skills

Duration: 6-12 months, with option to extend
Working time: approx. 20 hours/week
