The EHS Manager, Energy & Project Management, will support the organization's carbon emission reduction goals by developing and implementing effective strategies, managing carbon emission reduction projects, and collaborating with various stakeholders.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive carbon emission reduction strategy in alignment with organizational goals
- Lead carbon reduction projects in collaboration with site heads and upper management
- Conduct assessments to identify carbon emission sources and establish baseline metrics
- Identify and prioritize emission reduction potentials across business units
- Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to leverage expertise and resources
- Develop and implement measurement and reporting systems to track and communicate progress
- A bachelor's, diploma, or master's degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or environmental technology
- Practical experience in the field of environmental engineering and management
- Familiarity with ISO 14001 standards
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Independent and assertive
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team
- Mediation and moderation skills
- Excellent English skills
