We are looking for a Working Student Communications & Office Management (f/m/d) to join our E.ON SE team as soon as possible. If you are interested, please apply by.
- You coordinate internal meetings such as deep dives, management conferences or leadership team meetings
- You support the preparation of board meetings and presentations (e.g. for conferences, universities, partnering discussions)
- You assist with the coordination of selected external meetings with participation of E.ONs top management together with strategic partners or other stakeholders
- You support the Customer Solutions area in internal and external communication
- You operate in close contact with investor relations & regions for topics to the capital market
- You work on the communication via the intranet & selected board announcements (e.g. road shows after important announcements)
- You are an enrolled student in a field related to Business or Communications
- You have excellent stakeholder management skills and strong customer orientation
- You are proficient in time and process management
- You have strong communication skills and assertiveness
- You are self-motivated and ready to take on responsibility
- You have a high goal orientation and you are striving for success
- You are fluent in German and English, any other language is a plus
