For our ROSEN Germany team we are looking for a

Head of Project Management (all genders welcome)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide the right resources to ensure optimal process execution through effective and efficient human resource planning
  • Methodical support of the assigned employees to achieve the goals in the participating business units
  • Ensuring the necessary qualifications of employees and continuous development of their skills and competences
  • Development of departmental goals and strategy taking into account corporate goals, vision and mission
  • Creation and evaluation of individual development goals of the employees as well as the active coaching and promotion of these to achieve the defined goals
  • Conception, planning and implementation of training and education measures in cooperation with our training department
  • Responsibility of the adequate induction process of new employees
  • Ensuring the optimal usage of implemented systems and methods
  • Promote and support company-specific and company-independent general standards and procedures
  • Responsibility over the department budget
  • Responsibility for work safety and health protection

Moreover you should bring with you:
  • A completed business administration degree or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of leadership experience and a strong understanding of how to use modern leadership methods
  • Professional experience in an industrial environment as well as a good technical understanding
  • Experience in process improvement, customer-focused services and project management
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • A high sense of responsibility and a pronounced social competence
  • Readiness for short business trips
