We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (m/f/d) to join our Global HR team dedicated to the unit HRBP Global Commercial & Europe. In this role, you will partner closely with employees and leaders in our global Commercial organization. Within our region Europe, you will collaborate with Country Managers and HR Experts to build and retain a cohesive HR infrastructure by supporting Global HR initiatives within this region.


  • Employee Life Cycle Management: Create a positive and engaging employee experience by overseeing the entire Employee Life Cycle, from attracting and hiring top talent to ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Facilitate exciting performance management programs and support employees in their career development. Manage essential HR documents with precision, and coordinate with employment lawyers on labor law matters as needed. Enjoy the rewarding aspects of supporting employees through transitions, including restructuring and change management projects.
  • Support and Advisory: Provide strategic and operational HR support to managers, offering consultancy on HR-related issues such as employee retention, development, and performance management. Serve as the primary HR contact for employees, addressing queries and providing solutions to HR-related issues.
  • Recruitment: Manage recruitment processes in cooperation with our Talent Acquisition Partner including interviews, assessments, contract negotiations and drafting, and enhance recruiting strategies and tools.
  • Global HR Strategy: Implement and drive the Global HR strategy for Commercial functions and within the European region while identifying opportunities for improvement and local adaptations. Interact with local HR counterparts to ensure on-site implementation.
  • Strategic HR Projects: Participate and manage Global HR projects cross-functionally and steer external agencies and service providers.

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably within a multinational company.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of global and local HR practices, including talent management, performance management, employee relations, and labor law. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Office 365 suite and HR systems (ideally SAP SuccessFactors). Open and fast on track with new digital tools.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative HR solutions. A collaborative mindset with the ability to build trustful relationships with stakeholders, including the works council.
  • Fluency in English and German is required; proficiency in additional European language is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.
