ENERCON has been one of the technology leaders in the wind power sector for 40 years.   • Further de­velopment of the global Com­pliance & Risk Manage­ment System (RMS & CMS) of the ENERCON Group in close co­ordination with other func­tions of the Corporate Governance de­partment and re­lated de­partments
  • Identification, analysis, assessment and management of com­pliance-relevant risks, including com­munication and monitoring
  • Further de­velopment of methods and tools as well as main­tenance and im­plementation of guide­lines, processes and docu­mentation in the area of Risk & Com­pliance
  • Ongoing ana­lysis of com­pliance-relevant changes to legis­lation and re­quirements, including com­munication to the re­levant areas of the ENERCON Group
  • Technical manage­ment and central point of contact for staff in the ENERCON Group com­panies on all risk and com­pliance topics
  • Pre­paration of regular re­porting by the Com­pliance de­partment to the Corporate Governance Board and the com­pany's Manage­ment Board
  • Active in­volvement in the con­ception, organi­sation and im­plementation of the global com­pliance training programme
  • Colla­boration in over­arching projects within the Corporate Governance de­partment and the com­pany (LKSG / CSRD, etc.)
  • De­velopment of KPIs to evaluate the per­formance of the com­pliance organi­sation
  • Active con­tribution and support of the spe­cialist de­partments in the con­ception and im­plementation of risk-mitigating measures

  • Degree in eco­nomics, law or a com­parable quali­fication
  • Several years of pro­fessional ex­perience in com­pliance and risk manage­ment in an inter­national com­pany
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Strong interest in the de­velopment and de­scription of processes, methods and pro­cedures, including the de­finition of respon­sibilities
  • Strong com­muni­cation skills, assertive­ness and willingness to deal with con­flict
  • High degree of in­itiative and ability to work in a team
  • Analytical and con­ceptual skills with the ability to work carefully and results-orien­tated
  • Inter­cultural com­petence
