Working Student Digital Enablement Customer Service (m/f/d)

You will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company's success. Challenging tasks and projects await you, such as
- Plan, create and coordinate communication and marketing activities, user support and training
- Contribute to our AI targets by collaborating cross-functionally in JIRA
- Assist in reporting and dashboard creation to track Objectives and Key Results
- Provide support for effectively navigating and utilizing Confluence
- Be part of the Digital Enablement team and create strategic partnerships with experts and stakeholders
- Interest in digital enablement, digital transition, and in-house consulting
- Previous internship or working student experience preferred, passionate about data and analytics
- Completed at least second year at university with studies in Business Administration, IT, Online Communication & Marketing
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English, team player attitude required
- Knowledge of MS Office, Jira, SDD Wiki advantageous
