Spairliners is a joint venture between Air France Industries and Lufthansa Technik. The company offers a comprehensive component support solution for A380 and E-Jet operators. The services include the provisioning and management of the spare parts inventory and overhaul and repair of components, together with the appropriate logistics. Overall Spairliners guarantees the availability of aircraft components where and when required. We are looking for a team player who is responsible for excellent Financial Controlling including project management experience on a senior level.
- Project Management: Responsibility for coordinating and tracking tasks across departments. Proactive communication to ensure all projects and tasks are completed on time.
- Financial Controlling: Focus on financial controlling with close cooperation to Accounting and Operations. Monitor and analyze financial performance.
- Reporting and Analytics: Preparation and analysis of financial reports, smooth communication and alignment to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Support with closing: Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements (HGB)
- Process Development: Identification and implementation of improvement opportunities in existing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Revenue Management: Creating invoices and credit notes, taking care of clarifications alongside this process.
- Studies: Completed studies in the field of finance or business administration
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, controlling and project management.
- Technical capabilities: Expert knowledge of SAP (FI/MM) and Microsoft 365 (e.g. PowerBI, Loop or Planner), excellent Excel skills
- Personal characteristics: Can-do-attitude with a high level of self-drive and strong motivation to complete tasks successfully.
- Language skills: Fluent in English; Knowledge of German is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Communication skills: Strong communication and presentation skills.
