In order to achieve these ambitious goals, the company is actively seeking a new Managing Director to drive and achieve its growth objectives.

- You will lead restructuring efforts to unlock growth potential and seize new business opportunities
- You will manage and improve our financial performance, overseeing budgeting, forecasting and reporting
- You will act as the primary liaison with our parent company, ensuring strategic alignment and synergy
- You will maintain and develop our international customer and partner relationships
- You will ensure that all products and services meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations
- You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality and cost-effective resource management
- You will drive innovation in product development and services to keep us at the forefront of the milpro industry
- You have a Engineering background
- You bring a solid track record as a manager, with additional experience in change management
- You possess a sales mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, with proven experience in negotiating commercial contracts
- You have a background in P&L responsibilities
- You are experienced in selling technical products
- You are a visionary leader with extensive experience in the marine or military industry, particularly in shipyards or the nautical sector in general
- You have a passion for boats or are familiar with the codes of the nautical industry
- You are fluent in both German and English
