Positec Group is an international company headquartered in Suzhou, China, with more than 4,000 employees worldwide, operating primarily under the Worx and Kress brands.   • You get involved: Providing technical advice to business and personal customers by phone and email is a big part of your role
  • Create efficient processes: You will constantly update enquiry and customer details, as well as ticket status in the CRM system
  • Achieve more together: You are also happy to help solve technical problems
  • Think one step ahead: Support the development of self-help tools by creating troubleshooting procedures, knowledge base articles, and training materials
  • Teamwork is your priority: You will work closely with your team members and senior engineers as part of the escalation process and knowledge sharing
  • You want to develop: You will be given the opportunity to expand your technical knowledge through internal training and participation in on-site installations


  • Your education: Ideally you will have completed an apprenticeship or degree, preferably with a technical background, or as a career changer with a high level of technical interest
  • Your experience: You already have some work experience in customer or technical support
  • Your mentality: You have the ability to empathise with customers and provide them with personalised advice
  • Your way of working: You are solution-oriented, a team player and have a friendly manner
  • Your attitude: You are flexible and able to work under pressure
  • Your skills: Good MS Office skills, very good German and English skills with a good knowledge in either French, Italian or Dutch round off your profile
