As International Product Manager (m/f/x) in the Business Unit Automotive, you will be dedicated to delivering innovative adhesive tape solutions to meet the diverse needs of our customers worldwide.
- Development, coordination, and implementation of international marketing strategies for a dynamic assortment of innovative adhesive solutions for the EV battery market within a global team
- Driving the production ramp-up in close contact with battery cell producers
- Positioning and pricing of assortments, as well as the development, planning, and monitoring of the business plan for the product/market segment
- Initiate, prioritize, and implement new product development in close collaboration with R&D, sales, customers, supply chain, and production.
- Conducting market and competitive studies with the aim of exploring new application and market segments based on new or existing products
- Development of international communication concepts and materials
- Conducting performance monitoring (sales, profitability, market development) and initiating and implementing controlling measures
- Successfully completed Master's degree in business or technical studies from a university or technical college
- At least five years of relevant professional experience, including product management in the B2B sector
- Previous work experience associated with Automotive sector highly beneficial
- High self-motivation, assertiveness, teamwork, and excellent communication skills
- Very good analytical skills, process-oriented thinking as well as structured way of working and a solution-oriented mindset
- High level of customer focus and interest in solving technical problems
- Systematic approach to handling complex topics
- Demonstrated experience or knowledge in sustainable product development, environmental stewardship, or related fields, with a commitment to driving the transformation of product assortments towards greater sustainability.
- Very good MS-Office skills and experience in project management
- Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Willingness to travel internationally
