Our Project Management Trainee Program for Germany is designed for 18 months and aims to jumpstart your career with a unique journey within Hitachi Energy-s Project Management community but also interfacing functions like engineering, commissioning, and site management, as well as our global centres of competence (GCoC), like e.g. in Sweden or Switzerland. It will take you through three to four work assignments, with the second assignment being an international placement, and then conclude with establishing yourself in a permanent position within Hitachi Energy in a high impact role. During this journey you will encounter many different business segments and experience career enhancing learning opportunities within our teams.

  • Bachelor-s or higher degree in electrical engineering
  • Proficient in written and spoken German and English, additional languages are considered as an advantage

  • A drive to learn new skills as well as open to receiving and providing feedback
  • A positive attitude with an innovative and creative mindset
  • International mobility required for your assignments
