As working student (d/f/m) in Global Occupational Safety & Health, you will work with an experienced transformation team in an international environment. Your main tasks are as follows:

  • Support the Safety Transformation Training Program, including the registration of training modules, ensuring accurate and timely entry of training data into the system, assisting users with registration issues, and maintaining up-to-date records of all training activities
  • Provide regular reports on training modules, including completion rates, participant feedback, and compliance status. Ensure reports are accurate, up-to-date, and distributed to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Collect and analyze feedback and suggestions from participants to identify areas for improvement in training materials. Collaborate with the training development team to implement necessary changes and enhance the overall effectiveness of the training programs.

  • Bachelor's or master's student or in a gap year in business administration, management, or industrial engineering
  • Experience in the field of business development/transformation, strategy, project management, and/or consulting
  • Conceptual and analytical skills
  • Independence, responsibility, and good social and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, excellent MS Excel/PowerPoint skills, and fluent English (knowledge of German/another foreign language is advantageous)
  • Availability of 20 hours per week for a working student position for at least 6 months
