Your Key Responsibilities
- Provides autonomous administrative support to the Regional Management Team (Sales & Marketing and Operations & SCM) in Frankfurt.
- Assist in preparing qualified presentations, reports and proposals for clients.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments and travels.
- Assist in coordinating events, conferences, programs and meetings.
- Coordinate communication with the team and other departments to ensure a smooth workflow and information sharing.
- Create and update records to ensure accuracy and to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Bachelor degree in administration or a comparable qualification
- Fluent English and German, knowledge of other EU languages are an advantage
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity in SAP
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
