As Finance Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for consolidated reporting and analysis of finances for all relevant stakeholders. Compliance and accuracy within given legal and company guidelines will be your day-to-day business while collaborating closely with different internal and external stakeholders; not to mention the preparation of the monthly IFRS accounts, the leading of regular audits as well as the ownership for diverse continuous improvement projects.


  • Prepare monthly IFRS accounts and reports, adhering to company policies and deadlines.
  • Oversee general ledgers for our entities, conducting analytical reviews and maintaining accurate accrual records.
  • Process and reconcile intercompany invoices and balances.
  • Support Business Unit Controllers and Senior Management in analyzing the latest P&L developments and gain a deep understanding of business developments to ensure accurate reporting and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Lead and coordinate the annual external audit.
  • Help prepare statutory accounts in compliance with LuxGAAP.
  • Ensure compliance with the Internal Control System for financial reporting, meeting the requirements of our Group as a listed company on the Swiss Stock Market.
  • Continuously seek to improve productivity and efficiency by developing processes and controls.

  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Accounting/Finance/Controlling, additional qualifications in Accounting is a plus (ACCA) and
  • 3-5 years of work experience in Accounting and Financial Controlling
  • Experience with IFRS and LuxGAAP
  • Great team player willing to share knowledge
  • Strong analytical skills and structured way of working with affinity to required accuracy and quality standards
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong IT Tool skills including Excel advanced functions, ideally Power BI and SAP FICO/or similar
  • Very good communication skills in English, German and French is plus
  • Ability to work under pressure
