You will be working in the Information Systems Department of the ODDO BHF Group, reporting to the team in charge of the entire information system for Private Wealth Management and Independent Financial Advisors (France and Germany). More specifically, you will be in charge of a team of 13 people composed of two squads working on the following areas:

  • DPM Investment & Order Processing: you are in charge of functionalities related to the management of client portfolios.
  • Client Output: you will be in charge of functionalities related to mailings sent to our clients and also to other businesses of the group.

Directly reporting to the Group Head of IT Private Wealth Management and Independent Financial Advisors, your main missions will be to:

  • Manage the squads you are in charge (Local management for Frankfurt and functional)
  • You will set up relevant metrics and KPIs for a data-driven approach. You will be in contact with users to support your prioritization proposals with figures and qualitative data
  • You structure the organization of your squads and its collaboration with other departments. You are able to communicate a clear policy on quality, support, documentation and communication
  • You are responsible for the recruitment and organization of the team. You are responsible for implementing tools and work methods to increase the efficiency of the teams
  • Definition of the budget and its allocation for the successful achievement of the objectives
  • Regular monitoring:
    - Advanced knowledge of the culture of new technologies and digital maturity
    - Stimulation of innovation

To ensure these missions, you will be in regular contact with all the Businesses in France, Germany and the subsidiaries, with the COOs of the Group's businesses and with the IT Department.

This responsible position combining operational and project management will allow you to develop your skills in an entrepreneurial and international context. As part of the regular activity of the department, several trips to France and Tunisia are to be expected during the year.


  • Graduate from an engineering or business school (or equivalent)
  • 10 years of experience in IT (ideally in Banking) including 5+ years in leadership roles with a majority of management
  • Management
  • Culture of deployment and efficiency
  • Sensitivity to IT security and compliance issues
  • You are recognized for your organizational skills, rigor and precision
  • Very good written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent level of English, German, French would be welcome
