Look no further! We're recruiting an experienced (Senior) HR Consultant (f/m/d) to join our engaged team in the Area HR Operations for Africa-Mediterranean-West Asia (AMWA).

You will be located in the Headquarters in Heidelberg (Germany) and report to the Area HR Director Europe & AMWA.


YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE

  • Build Powerful Partnerships: Collaborate across the HR function in AMWA and beyond, working closely with Country management teams. Together, we will deliver value-added HR products that empower our employees.

  • Effective HR Solutions: Support Country HR in implementing HR solutions that align with business needs, Group standards, and local regulations.

  • Data-Driven Insights: As a consultant, provide high-quality data and analyses to guide decision-making. Your insights will be pivotal.

  • Innovate with Excellence: Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (e.g. Compensation & Benefits, Talent) to evolve our Group HR product and service portfolio. Your fresh ideas will shape our future.

  • Global Impact: Contribute to global HR projects (e.g. Workday).

  • Talent Development: As the Succession Planning Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in identifying, nurturing, and preparing talent to step into mission-critical positions. You will participate in evaluating and monitoring talent programs to ensure their success.


YOUR PROFILE

  • Master's degree or equivalent in business administration, psychology, or a related field

  • Relevant working experience in HR

  • Hands-on, solution-oriented and results-driven working style

  • Strong communication skills and good understanding of a multi-cultural environment

  • Fluent in English
