Unit description

Large Projects Offshore is a key contributor to the energy transition. The Unit is responsible for the current and future development of the offshore grid as a whole and subsequently for the development and realization of the DC interconnectors and the Offshore Wind Farm grid connections in both the German and Dutch sectors of the North Sea.
TenneT is growing fast to realize its strategic ambitions. We play a leading role in driving the energy transition. We are looking for a passionate Project Lead Program Negotiation at our location Hanover who will contribute to this and that might be you?

As a Project Lead Program Negotiation you guide, support and monitor the project and negotiations teams by ensuring same or similar solutions in negotiations across the program.
  • You are the sparing lead together with supply chain management during negotiations and represent LPO/2GW in wider negotiations with legal, project teams etc.
  • You coordinate the input of Lessons learned across contracts for ongoing negotiations within the 2GW program and increase efficiently of recurrent processes (i.e. future projects)
  • You increase pace during negotiations with our partners due to dedications and focus on call offs and unknown projects tasks.
  • You prepare and keep the baseline for future projects in harmonizing and updating the TenneT standard in frame work agreement relevant negotiations

  • You preferably have a Master's degree with a commercial and or contractual background
  • You have experience in successfully leading and finalizing negotiations with internal and external stakeholders in complex organizations with cross-functional teams;
  • You have strong negotiation skills and be able to convince stakeholders and develop compromises in the interest of all partners
  • You are familiar with stakeholder management and able to act and perform in quick changing situations in different complexities.
  • You have experiences in FIDIC contracts and are a structured task oriented pro-active team member who is open and transparent in communication
  • You are fluent in English and German
