With our Culinary Hub, you make the culinary world of the Lufthansa Group a digital experience. You will create culinary inspiration and customization options across the entire customer journey.
As a Customer Experience Designer, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Preparation of customer survey content and commissioning Marketing Strategy & Consumer Insights with market research
  • Prioritization of topics relevant to customers, taking into account competitive activities
  • Generating product and service ideas and describing customer benefits
  • Development of a rough concept for products and services
  • Analysis of the market situation with regard to existing product solutions and service processes
  • Responsibility for design and usability/customer benefits during the detailed concept and implementation phases
  • Monitoring success after the introduction of new products and services through standard and special surveys and deriving measures for adjustment
  • Performing the client role for marketing and communication measures

You will fit in with us as a Senior Customer Experience Designer if you meet the following requirements:

  • Completed university degree
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the field of experience or service design
  • Analytical thinking & numerical skills
  • Linguistic fluency
  • Cost/benefit awareness
  • Creativity and innovative spirit
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Very good command of English
  • Experience in project management
