  • Working in car repair customer service regarding diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engines, transmissions, braking systems, and electronics via telephone.
  • Respond to all calls, e-mails, and requests for technical counselling and remote diagnosis.
  • Analyse technical problems with cars, commercial and heavy transportation vehicles (LGV/HGV) of all brands and provide technical assistance to customers.
  • Follow defined work instructions for all possible types of mechanical incidents.
  • Track all incidents in our system and maintain the FAQ and knowledge database.
  • Explore the option to work in the office or remote.

  • Education: Completed education as a mechanic, mechatronics engineer, automotive mechatronics technician (mechanics and/or electronics), automotive service technician or country equivalent certificate necessary
  • Experience and Know-how: experience working in workshops with cars and/or LGV/HGV
  • Languages: written and verbal communication skills in English as well as fluent and professional speaker level in Czech, Dutch or Danish required
