Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance Company of Europe SE, (AND-E for short), is a European public limited company headquartered in Luxembourg. As the insurance partner of Toyota, one of the largest automobile manufacturers in the world, we develop and distribute outstanding insurance and financial services products for brands such as Toyota and Lexus, as well as specialised products for our car dealership organisation.

To expand our international financial accounting team, we are looking for you to join our Luxembourg office on a temporary basis as a responsible employee for the following position:

Insurance Technical Accountant in Luxembourg (m/w/d)


  • Bookkeeping of general accounting ensuring analytical checks and reconciliation of data
  • Supporting on VAT return or any other local statistical reports (ex. STATEC)
  • Bookings and review of technical journals for Direct , Inward and Reinsurance business, ensuring correct use of accounts and subledger information
  • Participating to the preparation and submission of quarterly ETRD ( Etat Trimestriel) and annual report Compte Rendu to the CAA( Commissariat aux Assurances)
  • Participating to the preparation of the Annual Accounts of Andie SE in accordance with Luxembourg insurance law and internal requirements.

  • You are an accounting specialist either through your post-secondary education or professional experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in an insurance environment
  • You are familiar with Lux Gaap or have experience with accounting under another continental European accounting GAAP, e.g. France or Belgium
  • Proactive work behavior, strong organizational and communications skills, and a reliable personality
  • Fluent in English, any other European languages are advantages.
