You are mainly taking care of the European branches of ROHM´s automotive key accounts and are responsible for the design-in in their on-site development departments as well as for the implementation of product releases.

These include in detail:

  • Maintain and grow business in a well established customer network by driving new design-ins through relationships on different customer levels from R&D to management
  • Responsibility for sales budget planning and achievement as well as design-in targets
  • Represent ROHM, prepare and perform annual pricing negotiations
  • Implement, maintain, and improve internal key account strategy together with the key account team
  • Identify and materialize new business opportunities in upcoming business areas and applications
  • Assist customer during design-in developments with support from product managers and field application engineers
  • Present ROHM value proposition against competitors
  • Provide marketing department and product managers with consolidated customer requirements
  • Define new products and product enhancements, to pave the road for continuous future growth


  • Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or similar
  • Experience in technical sales of a semiconductor company
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English or German
  • Experience in the automotive market is an advantage
