Enterprise Sales Manager (all genders) Bank Channel– BNP Paribas 3 Step IT Germany

Location: Remote

This service offer, deeply rooted in the circular economy, will meet organizations' demands for more flexible and sustainable device as service solutions. The Joint Venture offers complete technology lifecycle management solutions that includes reconditioning at the end of the contract to give devices a second life. The alliance brings together BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions, the European leader in the financing of professional equipment, and 3stepIT, an expert in the field of sustainable management of IT equipment. BNP Paribas 3 Step IT currently operates in France, Italy, Spain, UK, Germany, The Netherlands and Belgium, with further expansion planned as part of an ambitious Growth Plan.

We are on a mission to turn the linear consumption of technology into a circular model, by helping organisations acquire, manage, and refurbish IT assets with our world-class technology lifecycle management service. We have a very ambitious growth plan and have been growing rapidly since inception. In this role, you will partner up with senior managers at BNP Paribas and act as a trusted partner to our Large Enterprise clients, advising them on the benefits of technology lifecycle management and the value it brings to their triple bottom line. The primary go-to-market channel for Large Enterprise in Germany is through BNP Paribas, so you will create strong and lasting relationships with several stakeholders within the bank. You will have end-responsibility for sales processes and be a single point of contact for assigned customers. We operate in several European countries, which creates opportunities to work across borders with many different stakeholders from various nationalities and backgrounds.

In this position, you will report functionally to the Head of Large Accounts on corporate level and locally to the Country Sales Manager of Germany.

In addition, the role will involve:

  • Selling directly to C-level to Large Enterprises primarily in Germany
  • Building relationships within BNP Paribas and their Large Enterprise customers
  • Using consultative sales approach, researching, developing, and presenting compelling proposals
  • Large account management and winning new business in the assigned market
  • Forecasting and pipeline management
  • Shaping and influencing the product roadmap

In order to succeed in this position, we would need you to have/be:

  • MSc, MBA, or BSc degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of selling IT solutions directly to C-level to Large Enterprises
  • Proven track record in overachieving sales targets when selling to Large Enterprise customers
  • Strong network within Large Enterprise clients or multinational companies
  • Strong communication skills in German and in English
  • Very good negotiation and influencing skills
  • Proven track record of building outstanding relationships
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Strong at working with complex customer organizations with many stakeholders
