Trainees (f/m/d)
in the Credit Risk Management area

The Group Credit Risk Management (GCRM) team oversees the management of material credit risks in the group, supports and monitors the implementation of the group credit risk strategy in all ProCredit banks. To this end, the GCRM supports the banks in their lending operations, serving as a centre of professional expertise for all credit risk related issues. This includes ownership of group-wide credit risk management policies, collection and dissemination of best practices, and quality control of the banks' lending business, with the ultimate objective of effectively managing credit risk in the group within the framework of development finance.
  • A 12-month traineeship program in which you get familiar with the responsibilities and tasks relevant for credit risk management
  • Through active involvement in projects, everyday tasks and activities, you get to understand credit risk management principles and processes, as well as the specific approach in the context of financing SMEs, renewable energy projects and responsible lending to private individuals
  • By involvement in cross-team projects, you get familiar with the relations between different teams and departments and thus get an overview of the overall risk management process
