  • Post Date: 18. June 2024
Job Description

We are the trusted advisor to the top leadership of E.ON and we're on a mission to create the blueprint for the energy transition of Europe - and beyond.

For us energy transition is more than just a buzzword. It simply is one of the most pressing issues our generation has to solve. To that end, we put out our ideas to challenge the status quo and turn them into a new reality. We push boundaries and deliver the seemingly impossible. For a better society. Across our 1.6 million grid kilometers. And most of all for our 51 million customers. For us, that's 51 million opportunities to change something. And not just in theory, but for real.

We also happen to grow future leaders. People who share the same vision for the future. People with sharp minds who come up with new yet workable solutions. People who are tenacious and want to change things for the better. People who take pleasure in our open, diverse and feedback-oriented culture.

Sounds like you? Why wait. The time is now. LET'S CHANGE ENERGY. FOR REAL.

Women in Power: Driving sustainable innovations

This year's motto for our annual Women's Day is not only about innovation. We want to see your power and talent shine. Female leadership is on the rise, especially in consulting, where women are still underrepresented. We want to change that by creating a career event designed to deepen your experience and talent in consulting. We want to combine learning opportunities with the benefit of meeting other talented women and expanding your female career network. During this event, we will show you what innovation in the energy sector can look like and provide you with interesting insights into this captivating field of future energies. And as the icing on the cake, you'll have the chance to walk away with a job offer in your pocket.

Are you in? Apply by August 11 and join us at Landhotel Voshövel from September 4-6, 2024.

Expand your knowledge: Through our Mini Basic Consulting Readiness Training, we will prepare you to tackle a challenging real-life consulting case on ecological grid corridor management. Together with other participants, you will learn how to think outside the box and what steps need to be taken to realize such a project. There will also be an expert on site to give you first-hand insights from their day-to-day business experience.

Secure your job offer: During the event you will have the opportunity to get to know ECON, discuss our current project portfolio and network with our colleagues. On the last day of the event, you will attend our Recruiting Day. Here you will have a series of interviews, including a case study to solve, and you will meet your potential future colleagues over lunch. If successful, you will leave with a job offer in your pocket.

Actively shaping the future of female leadership: At ECON, we live a diverse culture and always empower each other to achieve the seemingly impossible. We firmly believe that diverse perspectives enrich any project. Find out how we strive to advance female leadership at ECON and how your contribution can further this mission.
