In this challenging environment we are currently looking for a
Manager Group Consolidation IFRS (m/f/d)
- Preparation of the consolidated Group financial statements in accordance with IFRS as at the balance sheet date of 31.12. and during the year at quarterly reporting dates, including notes and management report
- Preparation and specification of new reporting requirements, whether from the perspective of IAS/IFRS or internal controlling
- Advising colleagues at individual financial statement level on Group reporting issues
- Responding to ad hoc queries from the management team
- Driving procedural improvements in the area of external accounting in collaboration with the “Separate Financial Statements” and “Controlling” departments
- Developing training documents for the ongoing development of colleagues in the national and international accounting environment
- Contact person for the statutory auditor as part of the audit of the consolidated financial statements
- Degree in business administration with a focus on accounting, controlling and/or taxation
- Several years of professional experience in the preparation of consolidated financial statements, ideally gained in an international industrial environment
- Very good knowledge of accounting requirements in accordance with IAS/IFRS
- Enjoy identifying process improvements and proposing solutions
- In-depth knowledge of the consolidation software IDL KONSIS and SAP FI
- Good knowledge of German and English
