As the Senior Account Manager DACH you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, and drive business growth within the DACH region. Senior Account Manager DACH (m/f/x) - Software Maintenance and Support Provider Location: Remote Germany Your responsibilities: Generating new business opportunities and expanding into new markets within the DACH region Achieving sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis through a proven sales process Acquiring new customers through personal prospecting, lead collaboration, and effective marketing strategies Increasing revenue from existing clients by cultivating relationships with key decision-makers and developing targeted growth plans Cultivating relationships with strategic business partners and influencers to drive business growth Utilizing CRM tools to provide accurate and efficient business and customer information Demonstrating focus, time management, collaboration, and accountability within a team environment Engaging with customers, prospects, and partners to challenge conventional thinking and encourage innovative solutions Becoming an expert in the company's offerings and value propositions to effectively differentiate from competitors and serve as a trusted advisor in helping customers achieve their digital transformation objectives Your Qualifications:s 10+ years proven enterprise sales and account management experience within IT solutions/services Recent sales experience within the DACH region with a set of pre-existing relationships Demonstrated track record of performance versus targets in current and previous roles Ability to influence senior stakeholders in large organisations across both private and public sectors Evidenced critical thinking in negotiating complex deals within the largest companies Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain both executive-level client relationships, as well as internal relationships at all levels Thorough understanding of legacy software solutions and awareness of current digital transformation trends Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills High work ethic and emotional intelligence with a positive attitude Excellent attention to detail, keeping data clean and providing accurate business and customer information Growth mindset, perceiving challenges as opportunities, being curious, inquisitive, and open-minded Drive for continuous upskilling, dedicating time to self-educate and seeking feedback from peers Ability to work in a way that aligns with our values of Trust, Fairness, Relationships, and Opportunity Our offer Competitive compensation Attractive and modern corporate culture Short decision paths and flat hierachies Interested?
