ROLE DEFINITION​
The Account Manager (m/f/d) represents DuPont ACST as the business integrator with major account(s) to advance products and offerings to meet customer needs, meet financial objectives and establish and capitalize on new markets and technologies. Manage (key) account(s) sales and promotion activities for DuPont ACST, administer sales and service policies and programs to meet sales and profit goal

For our location in Neu-Isenburg, Hessen, Germany / Milano, Milano, Italy / Paris, France we are looking for the next possible starting date a Account Manager CMP (m/f/d).


  • Establish and maintain a consistent level of commitment to selling ACST products, differentiating products, services and quality whilst building relationships.
  • Manage account (distributors) performance through the establishment, communication and clarification of expectations.
  • Provide after sales support in the resolution of supply / quality escapes, problem solving, using each situation as an opportunity to coach and teach.
  • Technical
  • Build and maintain relationships with accounts and promote, sell & service products and other production products aligned with market strategies.
  • Serve as a role model of sales skills and customer responsiveness with (key) accounts (distributors, agents)
  • Manage and assign account responsibility and develop account action plans.
  • Coordinate with support groups to transfer needed information.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of associated products and services.
  • Business Operations
  • Create and implement account plans.
  • Understand customer needs and provide feedback up and down the organization on product performance, program effectiveness and competitive activity. Suggest improvements or alternative tactics to help key account goals.
  • Actively gather and communicate market conditions and trends; customer needs and values and product gaps in order to allow the business to create or modify product offerings.
  • Implement marketing programs and evaluate (key) account performance at the end of the season.
  • Manage (key) account(s) financial metrics within budget.
  • Continue to develop professionally by remaining current with new technologies, management innovations and sales management developments.

  • Several years of relative industry experience in CMP / Post Etch clean process engineering and / or experience in sales, technical service, marketing management, account management.
  • BSc / Advance degree in Technical and or Business
  • Have the demonstrated ability to apply industry knowledge, implement consultative selling and successfully negotiate.
  • Be able to quickly gain knowledge of our competitive product/service offerings, European markets, value chain and production practices.
  • Demonstrate ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, key industry/marketing influencers, and internal partners to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate ability to work with senior managers of the major account(s) from both relationship management and strategic business management.
  • Be able to travel extensively throughout the E.U.
  • Effectively work in a virtual team environment and network with peers.
  • Highly motivated and able to work effectively from home with minimum supervision.
