  • Support regional repair operations to achieve quantitative and qualitative performance goals
  • Ensure readiness of regional repair functions and sites for internal and external reviews
  • Support creation of repair processes, work instructions and standard operating procedures to ensure effective repair production control
  • Manage changes of regional standard repair processes and deploy them into the local quality management systems (QMS) of the repair sites
  • Identify improvement opportunities and support the development of action plans in quarterly regional repair reviews
  • Monitor regional and site repair adherence to the established system for managing technical skills during repairs

  • Degree or equivalent in an engineering, science or quality discipline
  • Long-standing experience in quality engineering or with quality management systems within the global medical device industry
  • Long-standing experience in a role as a senior leader and manager
  • Experience in leading large teams of people across multi-national sites
  • Knowledge of up-to-date international quality systems and regulatory compliance requirements (ISO9001, ISO13485 and FDA), including managing regulatory site audits
  • Proven ability to develop and execute long-range strategies for competitive advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation skills with fluent English
