With immediate effect we are looking for a:

Sustainability Reporting Analyst (m/f/d)


You support the ESG core team in collecting, analysing and managing data to fulfil Lloyds Bank's sustainability reporting obligations for Germany and the Netherlands. You are a crucial link between ESG strategy, reporting and data expertise. Furthermore, the role is familiar with the relevant regulations such as EU-Taxonomy and CSRD.

  • Collect, analyse, and manage data and insights for the ESG team, including CSRD, ESRS, EU taxonomy reporting
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to collect and validate data
  • Create and manage tracking and reporting mechanism
  • Identify KPIs and processes related to the successful delivery of the ESG reporting
  • Identify trends, risks and opportunities through data analysis for reporting and support informed decision-making
  • Involve in materiality assessments, gap analysis and wider ESG-related projects
  • SME for sustainability reporting regulations such as CSRD and EU-taxonomy
  • Monitor regulatory changes in external sustainability reporting landscape and advise how they apply to Lloyds Bank

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferably in an analytical or ESG/Sustainability related field
  • Analytical experience and knowledge in ESG reporting, carbon footprint calculation
  • Experience with data management and database systems as well as advanced Excel and programming skills (Python, or SQL) are highly valued
  • Strong analytical skills and confident in using Excel and other analytic tools, statistical modelling and data visualization tools
  • Familiarity with sustainability KPIs and reporting regulations and standards e.g. CSRD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy, GRI, etc.
  • Fluency in English – German and/or Dutch would be an asset
