Senior Software Engineer - Automotive Routing/Gateway and Bus Systems (f/m/x)

What awaits you?

  • Fuel your passion for Electronic Control Unit (ECU) basic software by developing high-performance routing/gateway and bus stack solutions for our next generation of central ECUs.
  • Collaborate closely with software architects, low-level software experts, and hardware specialists to bring your ideas to life.
  • Thrive in an international, interdisciplinary environment, working intensively with our cutting-edge industry partners.
  • Take a proactive, networked approach, independently coordinating your activities with your contacts.

What should you bring along?

  • University degree in computer science, electrical engineering or a comparable course of study or a comparable qualification.
  • Strong proficiency in C++ and software development best practices.
  • Experience and strong knowledge in automotive bus systems (e. g. Ethernet, Flexray, CAN, LIN) and their respective software stacks.
  • Familiarity with automotive routing and gateway solutions would be advantageous.
  • Experience in developing for embedded RTOS systems, preferably in automotive context (with AUTOSAR) would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge in automotive ethernet including switches would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge in scripting languages (e. g. Python) would be advantageous.
  • Creative ideas and openness to innovative software for the personal mobility of the future.
