CRM Program Manager (m/w/d)
- Support our Sales Centers around the globe in the usage of our CRM system (Salesforce.com)
- Further develop the CRM system based on ongoing exchange with the users
- Implement significant KPIs to support our international sales organization in increasing productivity and ensuring sustainable growth
- Understand the needs of the business and ensure that requirements are implemented successfully in the CRM System
- Identify gaps in knowledge and application usage and close those gaps with professional training activities
- Degree in a technical or business area (e.g. Business informatics, informatics, economics) or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience with a CRM system (preferably Salesforce.com) and its configuration as well as good understanding of marketing and sales processes and their mapping in the system
- Professional experience in sales or in a position with sales and customer relevance would be a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 20%)
